PRINTED QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION POLICIES
MULTIPLE COPIES
1. Subscription orders are placed annually by societies. Orders must be reported to the Quarterly Manager (2nd VP) by December 1 of each calendar year. Subscriptions begin with the Spring Issue.
2. Decreases in number of copies or subscription drops
are allowed only once a year at the time annual orders
are reported.
3. Increases in number of copies can be made at any time
throughout the year. Such increases and other changes, i.e.
name, address, new subscription, should be made through
the Quarterly Manager (2nd VP), not the LWML office.
4. Societies are encouraged to reimburse the cost of Quarterlies
as follows:
1-9 copies mailed to one address $7.50
10+ copies mailed to one address $6.00
5. Increases to annual requests are billed to the district at a rate of $1.25 per copy per issue remaining in the subscription.
6. Requested back issues are billed to the district at a rate of $1.25 per copy and postage.
INDIVIDUAL COPIES
1. Orders are made and maintained through the LWML office
(1-800-252-5965) or lwml.org (Shop LWML) in 1-year,
3-year, or 5-year increments at a cost of $6.50 per year.
2. Three delivery choices are available:
a. eQuarterly-electronic copy downloadable directly to a
smartphone, tablet, or computer.
b. eQuarterly and paper copy mailed to home address.
c. Paper copy mailed to home address.
3. Subscriptions may be initiated at any time; may be dropped only when renewal is due.
